Ordered flowers for my mom back home. She lives in a town far away from main office and I was doubting if Megaflowers can do it on time. They did! They delivered a nice bouquet! I ordered only 24 hours in advance if not less. Good job! Thank you

I had used Megaflowers twice before to send my wife flowers in Moscow with no problems, but Valentine's Day was a completely different experience. After paying extra for the arrangement because it was a Valentine's Day delivery, my wife never received a call on the 14th. I received an email at 00:25 15February Moscow time *falsely* claiming that my flowers had been delivered. My wife didn't receive a call until around 10:30 15February, and the flowers were not delivered until around 12:00 15February. When my wife asked why the flowers were a day late, the delivery guy had the audacity to tell her "please do not call and complain!" The Megaflowers website claims a "100% Refund Guarantee," but they have so far refused to answer the two emails I sent to info@megaflowers.com on 14/15February. My order was #24344.
